Lloyd has been involved with the design and implementation of hotel projects since 1987. He has worked on projects from large scale luxury properties to roadside inns and is currently a registered architect in 22 states. He has worked with most major hotel companies including Starwood, Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham and others. Through this experience he has gained extensive knowledge of the hotel business and has successfully applied this knowledge to the process of hotel development and construction. He enjoys a reputation in the industry for providing comprehensive, innovative and appropriate services.
Mr. Fruchtman is a graduate of the University of Virginia at Charlottesville, with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 1980. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
