Our firm provides comprehensive, innovative and appropriate design services to the hospitality industry. Lloyd Fruchtman has been working in hospitality design for more than 24 years with most major hotel chains and many franchisees throughout the United States and Canada. Lloyd is registered in 22 states, and can acquire registration in most others as necessary. He was previously a principal in another architectural firm for 17 years, then moved to his current position in 2004.
